Several years back I popped the question. Almost immediately my fiance and I began discussing destination weddings. However, I had heard that Savannah was similar, but even better. So in the end, we had to choose Savannah for our destination wedding. We proceeded to plan out a 10 day stretch. We would be married on the second day and enjoy the remainder of the time as our honeymoon. I prepared by browsing through websites and reading reviews on the best hotels and B&Bs. I finally came across the Ballastone Inn, which was highly regarded by past guests. It was our choice spot to stay and we were married in their lovely southern courtyard. All employees of this B&B were very cooperative and helpful with our private ceremony.
