My husbands band use to put on a summer concert festival each summer, and the amount of people they needed for event management was astounding. Many of them already worked for the camping grounds where the festival was held, but they had to be pulled from their duties to help, or had to do double duty.

If you need something or someone for event management, you should make some calls to some party planners, or even wedding planners to see if they can recommend someone to you. If you can’t handle it by yourself, but you only need a little help, you might be able to find a few people on your own, and then run the show by yourself. You should make sure you know what you are doing before you try it on your own though, as it can be more complicated than you think. You have to think of every possible scenario and then plan for it, or you are going to have huge problems.
